Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts and cook until cooked through and no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat.
