  • 1 pound burnt ends
  • 2 bunches of bok choy, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth


  1. Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat.
  2. Add burnt ends and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add chopped bok choy, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Close pressure cooker lid and cook for 10 minutes.
