An easy and delicious way to prepare juicy turkey breast using an air fryer. This recipe is perfect for a small gathering of 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (approximately 2 pounds)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or sage)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey breast and pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  6. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  7. Cook the turkey breast in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  8. Check the turkey breast halfway through cooking and rotate it if necessary for even browning.
  9. Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Slice the turkey breast and serve it with your favorite sides.
