Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast (approximately 2 pounds)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or sage)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the turkey breast and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper on all sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook the turkey breast in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Check the turkey breast halfway through cooking and rotate it if necessary for even browning.
- Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the turkey breast and serve it with your favorite sides.
