This delicious recipe combines crispy air-fried chicken with perfectly cooked fries, all made in the air fryer. It’s a quick and easy meal that will satisfy your cravings for a classic comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, mix the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it into the eggs, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the chicken is cooking, place the cut potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  6. Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve the air fryer chicken and fries together and enjoy!
