Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes or wedges.
- In a bowl, combine the potato cubes, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all the potatoes are coated with the seasonings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potato mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Once cooked, remove the air fryer basket and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
