Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes or wedges.
  4. In a bowl, combine the potato cubes, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all the potatoes are coated with the seasonings.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the potato mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer.
  7. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  9. Once cooked, remove the air fryer basket and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the air fryer garlic potatoes as a side dish or enjoy them as a delicious snack.
