Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Enjoy crispy and flavorful garlic potatoes made effortlessly in the air fryer. This recipe serves 4 people.


  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly-sized cubes or wedges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes/wedges, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the seasonings.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. If needed, cook in batches.
  5. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
  7. Serve the air fryer garlic potatoes hot as a side dish or as a delicious snack.
