Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly-sized cubes or wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes/wedges, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the seasonings.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. If needed, cook in batches.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
- Serve the air fryer garlic potatoes hot as a side dish or as a delicious snack.
