Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket or flip the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
