Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out in a single layer.
  5. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket or flip the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  6. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve the air fryer garlic potatoes as a delicious side dish or enjoy them on their own as a tasty snack.
