Ingredients
- 2 cups of Shredded Chicken
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 cup of Flour
- Cooking spray for the air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the minced garlic, ensuring the garlic is evenly distributed.
- Take the flour and spread it out on a plate. Lightly coat each piece of the chicken with the flour, shaking off any excess.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it.
- Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes, or until it reaches a golden, crispy texture, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes.
