Air Fryer Steak and Potatoes

This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy tender steak and crispy potatoes using an air fryer. It’s perfect for a delicious and satisfying meal for four people.
Ingredients
- 1 pound steak strips
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Desired spices or herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into small wedges or cubes.
- Place the potato wedges or cubes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- While the potatoes are cooking, season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or marinade.
- After the 15 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and add the seasoned steak strips on top of the partially cooked potatoes.
- Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and let the steak and potatoes rest for a few minutes before serving.
