Air Fryer Steak and Potatoes

This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy tender steak and crispy potatoes using an air fryer. It’s perfect for a delicious and satisfying meal for four people.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak strips
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Desired spices or herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into small wedges or cubes.
  3. Place the potato wedges or cubes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  7. While the potatoes are cooking, season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or marinade.
  8. After the 15 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and add the seasoned steak strips on top of the partially cooked potatoes.
  9. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  10. Once cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and let the steak and potatoes rest for a few minutes before serving.
