Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups rice
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and fragrant. Set them aside to cool.
- In a saucepan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant and golden.
