Asian Chicken Stir-Fry

This Asian-inspired chicken stir-fry is a delicious and satisfying meal that can be prepared quickly and easily. The combination of tender chicken, fluffy rice, and flavorful noodles tossed in a savory soy sauce is sure to please your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir in the cooked rice and noodles.
  7. Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and toss until everything is well coated and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
