Asian Chicken Stir-Fry

This Asian-inspired chicken stir-fry is a delicious and satisfying meal that can be prepared quickly and easily. The combination of tender chicken, fluffy rice, and flavorful noodles tossed in a savory soy sauce is sure to please your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir in the cooked rice and noodles.
- Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and toss until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
