Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 1 medium squash, peeled, seeded, and sliced into 1/4-inch thick wedges
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Air fryer spray or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss together zucchini and squash slices with olive oil, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper until the vegetables are evenly coated.
