Here's a bloody delicious recipe that'll knock your socks off. We're talking creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and a hint of garlic. Simple, yet absolutely divine.
Ingredients
- 400g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, as per the package instructions. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
