Bacon and Egg Breakfast

What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Lay the bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  6. In a non-stick skillet, heat over medium heat.
  7. Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks.
  8. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper.
  9. Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  10. Remove the eggs from the skillet and serve alongside the crispy bacon.
  11. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  12. Enjoy your delicious bacon and egg breakfast!
