Bacon and Eggs Breakfast

What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until crispy.
- While the bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the beaten eggs.
- Stir the eggs continuously until they are cooked to your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the bacon is done, remove it from the oven and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the crispy bacon slices.
