Bacon and Garlic Scrambled Eggs

What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon, garlic.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the garlic and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs are just set.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Stir to combine.
  6. Continue cooking for another minute or until the bacon is heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the bacon and garlic scrambled eggs hot.
  8. Enjoy your delicious breakfast with toast or any desired accompaniments!
