Bacon and Garlic Scrambled Eggs
What Started it all:
Eggs, bacon, garlic.
Note: Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the garlic and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs are just set.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Stir to combine.
- Continue cooking for another minute or until the bacon is heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve the bacon and garlic scrambled eggs hot.
