  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs until well combined. Pour the mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  3. To assemble the wrap, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a quarter of the scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese onto each.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly, tucking in the ends to create a squarely wrapped burrito.
  5. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam side down onto the pan and cook until browned and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.
