Baked Chicken Wings

This recipe is a simple and delicious way to make baked chicken wings for 4 people.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the chicken wings and dry them with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the chicken wings to coat them evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the chicken wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
- In another small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
- When the chicken wings are done, take them out of the oven and brush them with the honey-soy sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken wings back in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish. Enjoy!
