Baked Chicken Wings

This recipe is a simple and delicious way to make baked chicken wings for 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Rinse the chicken wings and dry them with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the chicken wings to coat them evenly.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the chicken wings in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
  7. In another small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
  8. When the chicken wings are done, take them out of the oven and brush them with the honey-soy sauce mixture.
  9. Place the chicken wings back in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
  10. Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish. Enjoy!
