Baked Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
- Cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
