Baked Lemon Chicken Recipe

This recipe serves 4 people.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
  4. Cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
