Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured chicken breasts into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Press the chicken breasts into the panko breadcrumbs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
