This recipe is a classic for BBQ lovers. The slow-cooked ribs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 racks of ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder to create a rub.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
