This recipe is a classic for BBQ lovers. The slow-cooked ribs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of ribs
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder to create a rub.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
  5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  7. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  8. Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
