Beef and Fruit Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb Stew Beef
- 2-3 medium-sized Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, apricots)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the Stew Beef with Salt and Pepper. Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

- Stir in the sliced Grill Beef and dried fruits (raisins and apricots). Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
