Beefy Radish Delight with a Twist!

A hearty, comforting dish that's sure to become a family favorite!


  • 1 lb Stew Beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 large Radishes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (yes, you read that right - chocolate!)
  • 1 large Frying Pan


  1. Preheat your frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil (I like to use olive oil) and swirl it around to coat the pan.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the sliced radishes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to soften. You may need to add a splash more oil to the pan.
  4. Add the dark chocolate chips to the pan and stir to combine with the radishes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted and the radishes are coated.
  5. Add the browned beef back to the pan and stir to combine with the radish-chocolate mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
  6. Divide the beefy radish delight among four plates and serve hot. You can serve with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes - yum!
