In this recipe, we'll be combining the earthy sweetness of beets with the nutty flavor of heeds to create a truly one-of-a-kind keto dish.


  • 2 large beets, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heeds, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons loose-leaf tea leaves (any variety, but herbal is recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese (adds an extra 100 calories per serving)


  1. 1. In a large frying pan, heat the avocado oil over medium heat.
