Bison and Brussels Sprout Stir-Fry

<em>This Bison and Brussels Sprout Stir-Fry is a delightful Italian-inspired dish that brings together the richness of bison with the earthy flavors of Brussels sprouts and nuts. It’s a perfect combination for a hearty meal with a touch of elegance.</em>
Ingredients
- 1 pound bison steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bison slices to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove the bison from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the Brussels sprouts and cook until they start to caramelize.
