Bison and Okra Stew

  • 1 lb bison, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups okra, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pressure cooker
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add the bison cubes to the pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes, or until browned.
  2. Add the sliced okra to the pressure cooker and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste.
