Bison and Vegetable Stir Fry

GROUND BISON, CABBAGE, CARROTS, ROASTED POTATO, ONION, MUSHROOM
This stir fry recipe combines tender ground bison with a variety of fresh vegetables for a delicious and satisfying meal. It’s a perfect balance of flavors and textures that is sure to please your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground bison
- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 cups roasted potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground bison over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
- Toss in the julienned carrots and cubed roasted potatoes, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until it begins to wilt.
- Season with your favorite stir-fry sauce or a combination of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Serve the stir fry hot and enjoy!
