Bloody Brilliant Turkey and Cucumber Delight
What Started it all:
Turkey, Cucumber, flour, instant pot
Alright, listen up! You donkey bums, today we're gonna make a bloody fantastic dish that'll impress the hell out of your friends and family. This Turkey and Cucumber Delight is a game-changer, and I'm not just whistling Dixie!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Instant Pot (don't even think about using anything else, you numbskulls!)
Instructions
- Get your bloody hands moving! In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- [Tapping fingers impatiently on the counter] Dredge the turkey strips in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Don't just stand there, cook! Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot using the 'Saute' function. Add the floured turkey strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the turkey from the pot and set aside.
- [Wiping sweat from forehead] Add the sliced cucumbers to the pot and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Now, pay attention! Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Return the turkey to the pot, close the lid, and set the valve to 'Sealing'. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- [Tapping foot impatiently] Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
- Plate it up, you muppets! Slice the cooked turkey and serve with the cucumbers and juices from the pot.
There you have it, a bloody brilliant dish that's sure to impress! Now, get back in the kitchen and start cooking, and don't make me have to come over there and kick your arse!
