- 2 cups Bok choy, chopped
- 2 cups Chard, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups rice (Jasmine or Basmati recommended)
- 4 cups water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add the rinsed rice and 4 cups of water to your rice cooker.
