Bold and Fiery Japanese-Style Spinach Bites

A fusion of East meets West, where the unlikeliest of ingredients come together in perfect harmony. Get ready to ignite your taste buds!


  • 1 cup Whey Protein
  • 2 cups fresh Spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 air fryer


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine Whey Protein, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until a smooth, crumbly mixture forms.
  3. Add the fresh Spinach leaves to the blender and blend until the mixture is well combined and the spinach is finely chopped.
  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. You should end up with around 16-20 balls.
  5. Place the Spinach balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the Spinach bites from the air fryer and serve immediately.
