Bold and Fiery Veggie Delight

What Started it all:
Zucchini, Brussels sprout, canned fish (tuna, sardines), blender


  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts
  • 1 can of sardines or tuna
  • 1 blender


  1. Begin by washing and trimming the zucchinis and Brussels sprouts.
  2. Cut the zucchinis into small pieces and shred the Brussels sprouts using a blender.
  3. In a pan, sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts and zucchinis until they are tender and slightly browned.
  4. Open the can of sardines or tuna and drain the liquid.
  5. Add the canned fish to the pan and mix it with the sautéed vegetables. Let it cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Once everything is well combined, remove the pan from the heat.
