  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks
  • 2 large turnips, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 frying pan


  1. Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the beef tenderloin steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the pan and let them rest.
