Ingredients
- 2 lbs ribs
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, apricots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet and roast for 1.5 hours, or until tender.
- While the ribs are cooking, peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, then drain.
- In a food processor, combine the boiled potatoes with the dried fruits and pulse until smooth.
