Ingredients
- 2 cups of seitan, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the seitan is tender and the flavors are well combined.
