Bold British Brussels Sprout Bake
What Started it all:
Cottage Cheese, Brussels sprout, canned tomatoes, microwave

Ingredients
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the microwave to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe dish, combine the halved Brussels sprouts and canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Microwave the Brussels sprouts and tomatoes on high for 8-10 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender.
- While the sprouts are cooking, spread the cottage cheese evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Once the sprouts are tender, carefully spoon them over the cottage cheese in the baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in the microwave and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cottage cheese starts to brown slightly.
