Bold Japanese Coffee-Glazed Turkey with Sweet Potato

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt and pepper.
- Form the turkey mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the turkey patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- While the turkey is grilling, place the sweet potato cubes on the grill and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, bring the coffee to a simmer and let it reduce by half.
- Brush the coffee glaze over the turkey patties during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve the coffee-glazed turkey patties with the grilled sweet potatoes.
