Ingredients

  • 1 pound seitan, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite grill seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the seitan strips and sliced mushrooms with the baking soda. Let it sit for 15 minutes to tenderize.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
