Ingredients
- 1 pound seitan, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite grill seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the seitan strips and sliced mushrooms with the baking soda. Let it sit for 15 minutes to tenderize.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Season the seitan and mushrooms with salt, pepper, and your favorite grill seasoning.
- Place the seitan and mushroom slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.
