British Air-Fried Pork Chops with Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- Lettuce
- Soy Sauce
- Air Fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Cook the pork chops in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- While the pork chops are cooking, wash and prepare the lettuce for the salad.
- Once the pork chops are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with a splash of water to create a dressing for the lettuce.
- Toss the prepared lettuce with the soy sauce dressing.
- Serve the air-fried pork chops with the soy sauce-dressed lettuce on the side.
