Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then, drain and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix the hemp seeds with the dried herbs.
- Take each broccoli floret and dip it into the hemp seed and herb mixture, ensuring it's coated evenly.
- Place the coated broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the hemp seed crust is golden and crispy.
