British Red and White Chocolate Sushi

This unique British recipe combines the flavors of white chocolate and sushi rice with a touch of red and green for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Green and red food coloring
- 200g White chocolate
- 2 cups Sushi rice
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and flour to form a dough.
- Divide the dough in half and add green food coloring to one half and red to the other, kneading until the color is evenly distributed.
- Roll out the dough into thin strips and cut them into small rectangles.
- Melt the white chocolate and dip the sushi rice balls into it, then place them onto the colored dough rectangles.
- Let the chocolate set and serve the sushi rolls as a unique dessert.
