British Tuna and Bell Pepper Pâté

This British-inspired recipe combines the rich flavors of tuna and bell peppers into a delightful pâté. Perfect for a light and flavorful appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 10 oz canned tuna, drained
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the drained tuna, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic.
- Pulse the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and pulse again to incorporate the seasoning.
- Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
