British Venison Stir-Fry
What Started it all:
Venison, Cabbage, soy sauce, frying pan

Ingredients
- 500g Venison, thinly sliced
- 1 small Cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add the venison slices to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- 3. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat the venison and cabbage.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
