British Venison Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g Venison, thinly sliced
  • 1 small Cabbage, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the venison slices to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. 3. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat the venison and cabbage.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
