Cabbage and Carrot Stir Fry

A quick and easy vegetarian recipe for 2 people.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large carrot, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: soy sauce, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage and sliced carrot to the pan and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the vegetables and continue to stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
- Remove the pan from heat and drizzle a splash of soy sauce over the top if desired.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
