Caramel Ice Cream Recipe

This creamy and satisfying dessert is the perfect treat for your summer nights. Top it with some homemade caramel sauce for an extra decadent touch.


  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes until it softens.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened ice cream and caramel sauce. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
