Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheese over the eggs.
- Pour the remaining egg mixture over the bacon and cheese. Top with the remaining bacon and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
