- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 2 cups (240g) corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups (200g) shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 1 cup (150g) diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup (120g) breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
