A deliciously cheesy and hearty chicken bake that is perfect for a family dinner. This recipe is designed to serve 4 people.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the chicken breasts, covering them completely.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese-topped chicken breasts to keep them moist during baking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
