These cheesy meatballs are a delicious and satisfying dish that will please any meat lover. The combination of tender meatballs and melted cheese creates a mouthwatering experience that will leave you wanting more.


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for serving


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should be able to make approximately 20 meatballs.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve the cheesy meatballs hot, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
