Cheesy Rice and Ham Casserole

rice, onions, ham, pepperoni.
Result: A delicious and satisfying cheesy rice and ham casserole that will please the whole family.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent and slightly browned.
- Add the diced ham and sliced pepperoni to the skillet and cook until the ham is heated through and the pepperoni is slightly crispy.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- If desired, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the casserole.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
