Cheesy Rice and Ham Casserole

Result: A delicious and satisfying cheesy rice and ham casserole that will please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent and slightly browned.
  3. Add the diced ham and sliced pepperoni to the skillet and cook until the ham is heated through and the pepperoni is slightly crispy.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. If desired, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
