  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded cheese, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
